When does the 3-month period begin?
It begins on the purchase date shown on your guarantee card. Contact IFRA within 3 months of that date to request a claim.
Can I claim without the original card?
No. Under this guarantee, the original card included in the product box must be available, intact and in good condition. Both the order number and purchase date must be clearly readable. Missing, torn, damaged or unreadable cards are not accepted.
How much will I receive for an approved buy-back?
The buy-back amount is the price you actually paid for the product. Our team will verify the order details and explain the return and refund process.
Does this cover every reason for returning a product?
No. This guarantee covers only colour fading, stone damage and other manufacturing defects or manufacturing-related anomalies. Other reasons do not qualify under this guarantee.
